01What we make
Sequin yarn, five disc sizes, three base yarns.
Small plastic or metallic discs threaded onto a base yarn and held with a binder thread. Knitters use it as an accent yarn in sweaters and dresses; embroidery units run it as a decorative thread; home textile buyers take the larger sizes for cushions and trims.
Disc size is the first decision and it is fixed at order stage — the machine cannot change it mid-run. These are drawn at true relative scale, so you can see what the difference actually looks like.

40 shades. The part buyers actually care about.
Filter the card, tap a shade to see which qualities run it, and send us the code. Screen colour is indicative — for holographic and iridescent shades it is not close, so ask for the physical card before you decide.

03How it is made
A hollow spindle, a binder thread, and a lot of watching.
The base yarn and the sequin string are fed down through the middle of a spindle that is spinning around them. The binder unwinds off the outside of that spindle and wraps the core as it passes, pinning each disc flat without ever twisting the core itself.
Three numbers decide whether the yarn is any good: binder tension, wraps per metre, and discs per metre. We publish all three on every product page, because a supplier who will not tell you them probably does not measure them.
- 01Sequin string comes inThe discs arrive already threaded on a fine carrier thread, in the size and finish we have ordered.
- 02Base yarn and creelThe base yarn decides the hand of the finished fabric, so it is chosen against the end use, not against price.
- 03Through the hollow spindleThe core and the sequin string pass down through a spindle that is spinning around them.
- 04The binder threadA fine thread wrapped around the core between and across the discs, holding each one in place.

04Buying direct
There is nobody between you and the machine.
- 01
You talk to the people running it
Ask about twist rate or sequin pitch and you get an answer from the floor, not a forwarded email. If something is wrong in a batch, we know within a day.
- 02
The specifications are ours to change
Sequin density, binder choice, cone weight — these are machine settings, not catalogue options. Tell us what your machine needs and we will tell you honestly whether we can run it.
- 03
Sample first, always
Take a sample against your own specification and run it on your own machine before you commit to bulk. Any supplier who discourages that is telling you something.
05Questions
Straight answers
What is your minimum order quantity?
25 kg per shade for most qualities, and 50 kg for the 6mm home textile quality because it needs a machine changeover. If you want to trial several shades, we can split a 25 kg order across shades — ask us and we will tell you what is workable.
How long does an order take?
Ten to fourteen days for standard polyester qualities. Twelve to sixteen for viscose and lurex. Fourteen to eighteen for holographic and iridescent, because the film comes in on a longer cycle. Lead time runs from confirmation of shade, not from enquiry.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, and you should. Ask for a sample against your own specification and run it on your own machine before committing to bulk. For holographic shades we insist on it, because a screen cannot show you how the disc behaves in light.
Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
Manufacturer. We run hollow-spindle fancy yarn machines at our own unit in Gujarat, currently producing about 100 kg a month. You are welcome to visit and see the machines running.
